Guarantee of Satisfaction


Krossdit is committed to achieving 100% customer satisfaction. If a processing error results in duplicate charges, a requested unique design is not fulfilled, or a design order is not delivered in accordance with our stated delivery policy, you will receive a full refund for the affected design order.

Non-Refundable Services


Please note that we are unable to issue refunds for services already rendered. This includes, but is not limited to, website design, creative services, social media management, graphic design, logo creation, content writing, and other related offerings. While we employ industry-leading digital marketing strategies, achieving optimal results—such as improved search rankings and increased traffic—typically requires a long-term commitment.

Krossdit operates independently and is not affiliated with or able to influence the policies, algorithms, or outcomes of third-party platforms, including but not limited to Google, Google My Business, Yelp, TripAdvisor, Facebook, X (formerly Twitter), Instagram, GETTR, and Rumble.

Client Responsibilities


Clients are solely responsible for all website-related content, images, graphics, and social media materials associated with their brand. Additionally, clients assume all liability for any content Krossdit may post on their behalf across social media platforms. Monthly Plans Cancellation Policy
Clients on monthly subscription plans may cancel by providing written notice at least 30 days in advance. Please note that partial monthly payments are non-refundable, and services will continue through the end of the current billing cycle.
